Looking for an ageing box? We can do that too. Meat ageing is in the 38°F and 82% Relative Humidity range. Moose can build you a small portable box with cord and plug or a larger box built on-site to your specifications. Existing walk-in coolers can be converted to ageing boxes by installing additional refrigeration components, auxiliary airflow, heat, and our proprietary PLC controller.
